Definition of problem
There is a problem with creating digital insurance product that would make Armor Coat to be able to compete on the market. Because there is misunderstand between sales and e-commerce managers from their personalities and their two departments. Old school and new school of selling are competing.
The main characters of case
Ed is company star salesman. He has 23 years of experience. He is 52 ages old.
Roger is a director of e-commerce. Arrogant, but web-guru.
C.J is CEO of ArmorCoat.
