Schedule Breaks
Schedule short 1-2 minute breaks every 30-45 minutes.
Schedule longer breaks after a couple of hours.
Eat a healthy snack
Watch one quick video
Stretch if you get fidgety
Get plenty of sleep
your brain needs sleep to transfer short term memory into long term memory
Prioritize your tasks - life will throw you a curve ball, be ready
Plan Study Time
Use a plan book to schedule your time.
Don't just say, "I'm going to study between 3 and 7 p.m."
Schedule specific tasks.
Instead...plan to work on Unit I question 11 and 12 from 3-4 p.m. then read and take notes on chapter 5 from 4-5 p.m.
