Even though he didn't know it he was risking his life for Shmuel to help find his dad my climbing under the fence. The author made Bruno seem courageous because he didn't even question performing such a dangerous task. Bruno finds out that they are moving back to Berlin without Father. Bruno and Shmuel plan their last meeting. Bruno climbs under the fence and they begin their first and last adventure. RESOLUTION Reaction Bruno sees the people in the striped pajamas out his bedroom window Author's Craft The author, John Boyne, made the book believable because concentrations camps used to actually be an issue in our world. The descriptions in the book could have happened. John Boyne also make the book realistic by his descriptions. The ending is devastating because of the words used to describe the topic. Bruno's Father working for the Fury is an example of how realistic this book is. We defiantly would recommend this book. The author gives excellent description of the setting, emotions, and every single character. John Boyne included Bruno's many thoughts about everything. The Boy In The Striped Pajamas helps you realize the differences between each side of the fences located all over the world. "We're not supposed to be friends, you and me. We're meant to be enemies."
