What is Self Directed Learning?
Learners taking the initiative to pursue a learning experience
learners taking responsibility for completing their learning
learner does not stop until learning experience has been accomplished
Now lets start with five basic questions that may be answered with a simple yes or no. These questions do not promote depth of knowledge, they do not require analysis or research to be answered correctly....
1. As an adult learner are you now able to identify with your strengths and weaknesses as a student?

2. Do you feel that these traits as a student counteract with one another?

3. Would you change anything about yourself as an adult learner?

4. Do you feel that technology should be the primary form of communication among student and instructor?

5. Would you recommend this program to others?
The first five simple questions all require thought process in order for the student to respond. But they do not require the student to use the evaluation, synthesis, analysis, application, comprehension, Bloom's Taxonomy questioning techniques require.
