us to reflection more frequently, than other
ways of knowing. Why am I feeling this way? Why am I hearing this way? Why am I speaking this way? Knowing Emotion through Perception Our senses give us clues about others emotions. Question To ASk Yourself Emotion is also displayed by body language. Misinterpretation is always a problem People tend to hide their emotions. Emotion is affected by our health, physical state, and biochemical balance. Additionally, our physical state is affected by our emotions. Four Recognizable Emotions Fear Anger Sadness Joy What are different types of intuition? Core Intuition Subject Intuition Social Intuition Knowing Emotion through Reasoning Reasoning helps us judge whether or not a emotional reaction makes sense in the context. Reasoning draws on previous knowledge. strain it has put on itself. Emotion and Reasoning balance each other. The emotion we put behind a sentence can effect the way people perceive it. Logic gives you the rational to make desicions Self Awareness is key, when it comes to reflection.
To remain self aware, keep these questions in mind Emotion gives you the ability
to weigh situations
