To gain an overview of characterisation, themes, plot, setting and quotations in 'This Boy's Life'.

SC:
Students will work collaboratively to create a study resource on all chapters in the book.

Main activity: Creating a communal study resource covering the entire book

- Each person will be allocated a chapter/s and questions.

- Answers should be thorough and of high-quality.

Main activity: Creating a communal study resource covering the entire book

Step 1: Read your allocated questions. Type them out beforehand in a word document, including the relevant page numbers.

Step 2: Read your allocated section carefully (there should be no talking during this time).

Step 3: Answer the questions thoroughly and don't forget to proofread for errors and syntax.

Step 4: Submit the document via Compass, under the learning task titled:
'Collaborative study resource for This Boy's Life'

Step 5: If you finish early, please go through the vocabulary cards on Quizlet. If you have not joined our class yet, please see me when you have finished with the google forms activity.
