Year (1) - 5 days accrued @ .7692 hrs/week
Years (1-4) - 10 days accrued @ 1.5385 hrs/week
Years (5-10) -15 days accrued @ 2.307 hrs/week
Vacation must be approved by direct supervisor

Up to 80 hrs maximum of unused vacation time may be carried over to the next calendar year's vacation balance

Once earned, one Personal day may be used between 1/1 and 6/1

Pay Information
Pay Day:

Employees may change their W-4's as needed during their first 90 days. After the 90 day period, one additional change can be made until end of the calendar year, unless a change is needed due to a life altering event

A weekly Fuel Allowance of $60 will be paid. In order to receive reimbursement, you must work a minimum of 32 hours for the week you will be paid

Overtime Policy
Realtime Results, LLC will pay time and one half to nonexempt employees who exceed 40 hours of work time in a work week.
a. Paid leave, such as holiday, sick or vacation pay, does not apply toward work time. For example: Independence Day is a paid holiday and does not count towards overtime.
b. The workweek begins at 12:00 a.m. on Monday morning and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday night.

Overtime Approval
: All overtime worked must be approved in advance by the supervisor. This request shall be in writing. Only in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a meeting with a client that runs late, a pressing deadline, etc.) can this request be made at the last minute. The supervisor will evaluate last minute requests on a case-by-case basis. An employee who works overtime without prior supervisory approval may be subject to disciplinary action.
