Transcript of Andy Biersack

Andrew Dennis Biersack Andy was born on December 26, 1990 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; But he and his parents, Chris and Amy Biersack, moved to Cinncinatti, Ohio when he was young, then moved to Northern Kentucky. 1. He attended a Catholic Elementary School, and was harassed and ridiculed by his classmates and teachers. Classmates called him emo, fag, etc. and chased him down. Teachers told him he couldn't achieve anything. <--= 2. In the video he talks about the song "Sweet Blasphemy" where he says when he wrote the song, he was dealing with Evangelical Christians, people who warped the vision of Christianity (hope and love) and turned it into something of hate, and exclusion.
So he says that the song not stating "Christians suck" but judgemental people do. Then he says a boy went to church on a Sunday, and threw a brick at his house on Monday, and that's not what Jesus would've wanted. 2010 v When Andy was going through the bullying, his outlet (or how he persevered rather) was writing poems and lyrics. He had a huge dream of becoming a rock star, and he clearly wasn't going to give up because of what adults and kids said to him.
Andy knew exactly what he was going to do and stuck to that. When he turned 18, he stayed in Northern Kentucky for approximately 4 days. Then left to go to Hollywood to achieve this dream. Black Veil Brides has made 2 records. "We Stitch These Wounds" and "Set the World On Fire." And their new album, Wretched Divine is coming out on January 8th. < 2012 v "Saviour" 2011 4. Andy was bullied just because of what he wore and his weight (lost at the age of 13, was overweight.) and the bands that he listened to (Misfits, Kiss, Motley Crue, Street Dogs, etc.) 3. He once got detention and got called a "Devil Worshipper" JUST for wearing a Dropkick Murphys T-Shirt, and got sent home. Andy's last name (Biersack) is German a lazy dude that just sits on the couch and drinks all day. XD How do characters, real and fictional, demonstrate examples of perseverance? 5. Sometimes when the band performs onstage, they get guys throwing water bottles at them. 2011v 2010 v Andy did change his name to "Six" in 2010, but changed his name back to Biersack in 2011. < Apparently that's not him by the way..
Just an example. Unit 2: Perseverance 6. When he was 15, he was in love with an actress. Scout Taylor Compton, and wrote this song for her. The only slow, love song he's ever put on a record; And later in their relationship, he found out she was cheating on him. But now he's perfectly happy with his new girlfriend Juliet Simms (In the band Automatic Loveletter, was on "The Voice" team Cee Lo and was the last woman standing.) v Juliet & Andy v Scout & Andy 2009 v How Andy Persevered. 7. Andy's grandfather died, right while he was on tour in the UK with Slash and Motley Crue. 8. He's broken his nose and 3 ribs onstage, and always continued to finish the tour. Andy and his father when he shattered his ribs. v As he states in a interview with Revolver, "I don't try to hurt myself like Iggy Pop or Marilyn Mason - it's just the byproduct of the chaos of being onstage." v Him when he broke his nose. 9. Andy and his bandmates (Jake, Jinxx, CC, Ashley) were there on tour when the earthquake in Japan struck. 10. Their song "Set the World on Fire" was chosen by fans to play on "Scream 4," and it never played. v His grandfather in 2011 To me, perseverance isn't just steady persistence, but finding an outlet to get your mind off of the hate of someone, or the struggles and obstacles that get in your way. Andy's outlet was writing; probably like all the other artists out there. Some others, like Ronnie Radke, is working out and body building. My Definition: Definition: Perseverance - steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, etc., especially in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement Apparently, 'characters' demonstrate perseverance by not giving up no matter the hatred or stress they go through. Whether its schoolmates, workmates, or just kids around your neighborhood giving you hate. And the stress mostly by just school or work. v 2012 (when his grandpa died.) They just now starting touring in the UK so there's not many pictures of him right now. ) Vocalist of Black Veil Brides <-- Except for this picture. That's him when he got his whole arm tattooed. :) Little Bit of Facts and Stuff. Now for the Struggles He Faced BOO! P.1 Alyssa Nieves ( Earlier played bass )
