Transcript of THE HISTORY OF ELECTRICITY

ELECTRICITY
Electricity is a renewable energy source and has been in the world since the beginning of time in the form of lightning and in our muscles. however nobody seemed to be able to obtain the power until Alessandro Volta (1745-1827).
STUDY OF ELECTRICITY
The first recorded scientist who discovered this was Dr Luigi Galvani. However his work wasn't entirely correct. Part of it was right for example, muscles conduct electricity but, as many early and modern scientists he also made a fatal error, the frog leg didn't create electricity the two connectors colliding created this, which Volta picked up on and created the battery.

A WORLD WITHOUT ELECTRICITY
