Música Andina Instruments and Attire LOS HERMANOS. GAITAN CASTRO In the early 1500's, the Spanish brought African slaves to the Americas. Andean music is a combination of the Spanish guitars, African drums, and Native American flutes. It was created by the Incas who lived in the Andes Mountains. It is now played in Columbia, Ecuador, and Peru. It is a form of story telling.
