BMYC Executives 2014-2015
The four cultures were:
A full-day interactive workshop which focused on the role of culture in a person's life, and on cultural identity.
Our Mission: Helping today's youth connect to a world of different cultures.
was founded in 2012 by Abeera Shahid
has members from schools around the Peel Region
achieves our mission by holding workshops targeting youth
A series of 4 workshops, which focused on exposing youth different cultures. Youth learned about the art forms, music, dance, food, and mythology of each culture.
A cooking session, where participants cooked traditional dishes of the cultures at the conference was a follow-up event.
