Creators of this variety of rage comic occasionally alter one word or both of the words “forever alone” for a more humorous effect (For example, Forever A Scone). On Memegenerator, Forever Alone is on the God Tier. E x a m p l e Troll Face Trollface is a black and white drawing of a face with a large mischievous grin that is meant to portray the expression someone makes while trolling. Posting a Trollface image into a forum thread is often used to claim that someone was being fooled or intentionally angered. The face commonly appears in rage comics indicating that the character is being mischievous in some way. Example Poker Face Poker Face is a 4pane exploitable series illustrating mostly awkward and sometimes embarrassing social situations experienced by the main character, who always responds with a blank expression and a caption that reads “poker face.” there are two models of poker face Example Yao Ming Face / Bitch Please Yao Ming Face (sometimes referred to as “Fuck That Guy” or “Dumb Bitch”) is a rage comic-style contour drawing of the professional basketball player Yao Ming wearing a hearty smile. The image is typically used as a reaction face to convey a dismissive attitude towards someone else’s input in online discussions, then usually following something that one ups their input. Example Me Gusta Face Me Gusta is a rage comic face that is typically used to express one’s approval of an awkward or perverse situation. The caption “Me gusta” translates to “I like it” in Spanish. In its beginning, the phrase conveyed an odd sense of pleasure in sexually perverse contexts, but the meaning has since broadened to describe a more general state of being disturbed and pleased at the same time. Example You Don't Say? ´´You don't say?´´ is an expression that shows astonishment but in memes is frequently used
as a sarcastic face to response to an obvious
question or statement. Example ´´Y U NO ´´Guy “Y U NO” Guy (also known as “Y U No [X]?”) is an image macro series using SMS shorthands and carefree grammar as a way to bring someone’s attention on a particular subject or issue. The unique facial expression worn by stick-figure character is believed to have been traced from the Japanese sci-fi manga / anime series Gantz Example Okay Face Okay (or “Okay Guy”) refers to four-pane cartoon strips depicting a stick figure saying “okay” in various circumstances where most Ragecomics characters would be inclined to disagree or react negatively. Popularized by 4chan imageboard, this spin-off series brings an interesting twist to the original Rageguy as an overly agreeable, self-deprecating guy. Cheer up, bro.
