Super Sports Car German V.S. Italian sports car Introduction In Italy, people are full of passion, so the thing they seek the most in a super sports car is speed. Like F1 race cars, they are extremely fast. But in Germany, cars are designed to be stable and heavy.Thier engine and other parts are made precisely and can be used for a long time. From those super sports car, you can tell the different national identity too. GERMANY Founded in 1931 by Fedinand Porsche. At first, the company offered motor vehicles develpment work and consulting, but didn't bulid car under it's own name until WW2 ends. Porsche's sports car are known as it's elegant and retro design. One of the most regonized design is the popped out headlight. ITALY Germany Italy Heavy, steady, and not fancy. Everything is neat and simple. design: Bold, passionate, and fancy.The outline of a car is often a perfect flow line. performance: Famous in making handmade, reliable, fine engine. Every parts ( ex. break, suspention, chassis) are made equaly perfect. Famous in making nice suspensions and chassis. But in making engines, their engines can't be use for a long time. They are fast, but unreliable. design: performance: price & marketing: price & marketing: For super sports cars, like Ferrai, Lamboghini or Pagani, it's very expensive for one.
ex: A Ferrai costs about 250,000+ USD.
A Lamboghini = 300,000+ USD.
A Pagani = 1 million+ USD.
Italian sports cars are more popular between people who likes fancy, cool designs and speed. German sports car's are not as expensive as Italy sports car, since it doesn't have much fancy details on it.
ex. A Porsch costs 11~120,000+ USD
A BMW / Mercedes Benz sports car = 100,000+ USD
German sports cars are more for people who likes classic, stable, heavy and clean designs. BMW (Bavarian Motor Works) is a German automobile, motorcycle and engine manufacturing company founded in 1916. It also owns and produces the Mini marque, and is the parent company of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. BMW produces motorcycles under BMW Motorrad and Husqvarna brands. Mercedes-Benz is a manufacturer of automobiles, buses, and trucks. Its origins can be traced to Karl Benz's creation of the first petrol-powered car, the Benz Patent Motorwagen (patented in January 1886), Gottlieb Daimler and engineer Wilhelm Maybach's conversion of a stagecoach by the addition of a petrol engine later that year. Mercedes-Benz has introduced many technological and safety innovations that later became common in other vehicles. Mercedes-Benz is one of the most well-known and established automotive brands in the world, and is also the world's oldest automotive brand still in existence today. Founded in 1992 by Horacio Pagani. Pagani is the top super sports car manufacoturer that produce special chassis which is all made in carbon fiber. Since every parts of their sports cars are handmade and with it's own serial number on it, Pagani only produce 12 cars each year.
BUT their engines are made in Germany, Mercedes AMG Factory.
Zonda Tricolore: Pagani has announced the building of the very exclusive Zonda Tricolore at the 2010 Geneva Motor show. With numbers limited to just one, this 1.3 million Euro - before taxes - car is a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Italian Aerobatic Fleet The Tricolore is based on a top specification Zonda Cinque, built on a" carbon-titanium fiber"chassis. Ferrari S.p.A. is a sports car manufacturer based in Maranello, Italy. Founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1929, as Scuderia Ferrari, the company sponsored drivers and manufactured race cars before moving into production of street-legal vehicles as Ferrari S.p.A. in 1947. Throughout its history, the company has been noted for its continued participation in racing, especially in Formula One, where it has had great success. Founded by Ferruccio Lamborghini in 1963.The company's first models were released in the mid-1960s, and were noted for their refinement, power and comfort. After going through bankruptcy and three changes in ownership, Lamborghini came under the corporate umbrella of the Chrysler Corporation in 1987,been sold to Indonesian interests in 1994, and were sold in 1998 to Audi. Audi's ownership marked the beginning of a period of stability and increased productivity for Lamborghini, with sales increasing nearly tenfold over the course of the 2000s, peaking in record sales in 2007 and 2008.
