What is Sport?
Sport is a form of competitive physical activity.
It is a way to maintain or improve physical ability, while providing entertainment to perticipence.
Knowing Your Sport
In all sport, there are rules. Its important to know them.
Also, you may of heard a sports annalist say something like 'that hockey player has a great feel for the game'. This mean the player knows where to position himself on the ice, so he can 'make a gain'.
All sport requires some form of physical fitness. Some more then others.
Also, you need to know what is required from your body.
In order to make sure your body is ready to go, it must be fueled properly.
Hydration, Carbohydrates, Electrolytes, protein, ect.
Making sure your body is ready to preform when you want
it to, through Physical Fitness and Nutrition.
To be the best it takes a lot of focus and determination. You need a 'never give up' attitude and know that the harder you work, the more rewording the pries.
Like my man Rocky Balboa said, 'its all about what you can take and keep moving forward! That's how winning is done!!!'
