Red: danger. Death. Scenes connected with computer HAL9000. The Shining- I interpretation. RED: the main colour in every scene. Builds the feeling of danger, anxiety. Inseparable with violance,hate and blood lust. It appears almost in every scene. The Shining- Third interpretation Blue: is for the loneliness,cold and "cold" feelings. White: death, but also the victory of good. Hotel Overlook means America in the cold war and in the race with USSR.!!!!
And Stanley Kubrick prepared the fake landing on the Moon! Purple: mystery, nobelity,royality,wisdom.. Black: mystery, danger. Blue:loneliness, fear, doubts. Eyes wide shut. II Rotten red: desire, rotteness, negative emotions. Yellow: betrayal.
