GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche.

Base Salary:
$50,000 - $65,000
Experience selling any mechanically engineered product
Experience selling pneumatics or filtration is ideal
Understanding of the automotive aftermarket is ideal
Will need to be able to relate to people in the shop and will also work with the reps to bring the products to market
Ability to get their hands dirty
Ability to travel overnight
This is a very well established business that has been involved in the industry for a long time
Strong presence in aftermarket which is not a saturated market for them
Strong ability to grow the territory
High impact role on the company
Not a lot of bureaucracy

Work well with their distributors and supply them with same day delivery
