What is stress?

Stress-Induced Habits: drinking too much coffee, eating the wrong foods, skipping meals, mindless munching, forgetting water, fast food and crash diets.
Positive Thinking & Affirmations
The habit of optimism and positive thinking can bring better health , better relationships, and yes better grades
Positive thinking can reduce your stress level and improve your overall well-being and outlook
Optimists tend to take more risks. They also blame external circumstances if they fail and maintain a 'try again' mindset.
Have a 'Can-Do' attitude
Self talk is your internal dialogue, which tends to color your perceptions of the world around you and the events in your life
