Base Salary:
$30,000
Experience with pneumatic products is a must
Experience selling Electrical Actuators (IAI) is a plus
Ideal experience working for a Fluid Power or Motion Control distributor
Experience working for a manufacturer is possible with the right personality, but prefer distributor expereince
Coming from inside sales or applications engineering role is a possibility with the right sales personality
Strong technical aptitude
Knowledge of the West Cleveland territory
Ability to work independently
Ideally able to spend a couple days a week in Twinsburg
Very little turnover and there are a lot of people with long careers with the company
No cap on commissions
Very strong product lines that are known in the market place as the premier lines
Ability to run a territory as their own business with a high degree of autonomy
A company with realistic expectations and value added capabilities
This person will have a high amount of support from technical customer service individuals and the management team

It becomes a top priority for our team
Reduced fee of 27% of first year earnings
Engagement fee of $5,000 for each individual position to begin the search
Commitment allows us to put full resources into the search
$5,000 engagement fee applied toward the 27%
