There are 4 green rating tool that had been built by the Malaysian government to maintain sustainability in the built environment. The green rating tools are:

Green RE was establish on 2013 and developed by RHEDA (the real estate of housing developers' Association Malaysia)

GreenPASS
GreenPASS was developed by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).

Conclusion

This study had been implanted to compare all green rating tools in Malaysia which are GBI, GreenRE, GreenPASS, and “penarafan hijau”.
this study also shows how green rating tools affects the building industry in malaysia context. green rating tools had became an indicator for malaysia moving towards sustainable environment. Thus every green rating tool has its own benefits to civilization
