Sample Application: Make a folder called "Communities" in which you save all the information you collect on different home owner's associations or neighborhoods. Anything from gate codes, pet restrictions, property manager contact details, and other agents that you know that live in the community. If you're out touring houses and a customer asks you what the HOA fees are and what they include, you don't have to rely on memory and can pull up the details by searching the community name.
I use this app all of the time on my Mac and on my iPad. It's great for annotating almost anything. My favorite use is for walkthroughs and inspections. Take pictures of the problem areas and put notes directly on the picture and send it off. It's also a great tool for agents in new construction.
Skitch provides you with all the tools you need to visually communicate ideas, share feedback and collaborate with friends and co-workers. With Skitch on your mobile device, you can capture what’s important, mark it up with your thoughts, and pass it on.
Use an existing image or capture a new one, then add arrows, add shapes, or write on it with the pen or highlighter tool. Once you have added your ideas, share it with others to move your projects forward faster.
Open Home Pro

Use Pocket to save articles and video with one click of the Pocket icon. Retrieve relevant reference material for updating your website, marketing material, or blog. It's easy to use, works on many platforms, and can be available when off-line.
ScreenChomp also allows you to make annotations on an image or photo in much the same way you will on the whiteboard.

Directly connect to your favorite online cloud storage services - Dropbox, Google Drive, and Box accounts.
Create Stamps with often repeated information or your signature.
Fill out those annoying, non editable PDF's you get and cutt down on turn around time.

They also have integration with email and Google Drive, enabling me and my clients to sign documents straight from the app. I've been surprised how much I've used this since I've downloaded it.
