On average, how many hours of sleep do you get during the school week?
On average, how many hours of sleep do you get during the weekends? Do your sleep patterns change during school breaks and summer vacation then when you are at school? Do you notice a difference in your school work when you get at adequate amount versus an inadequate amount of sleep? Expain.
When you are tired due to lack of sleep, do you notice a difference in your exercise routine or physical activity? Explain.. Do you notice a difference in your eating habits when you get an adequate amounts versus an inadequate amount of sleep? Explain.
Why is it that you and other students here at Miami get less adequate sleep? Are there outside sources or pressures to stay up late?
Examples of disorders: Insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome

What are some reasons for staying up late at Miami and other colleges?
