Transcript of watermelon diet

How does this diet help me??? If you follow the watermelon diet, supposedly you can lose AT LEAST 3 pounds a week.
What many people do not understand is that the diet is not only eating watermelon. You must also exercise and eat smaller portions of your other meals. What is the "Watermelon Diet"? The "Watermelon Diet" is an extreme diet that is only meant to be short term.

The water in the watermelon gets you full and then you are less likely to eat as much of your other meals. WATERMELON DIET Jasmine, Salvador, Andrea Why fad diets are bad... To function properly, the body needs more than large amounts of watermelon. This diet deprives your body of needed fats, proteins, calories, and even certain vitamins. Long term issues caused by the diet... This diet will eventually make you gain weight! Your body can only replace normal, healthy meals with fruit for so long.

Once you return to your regular food intake, your body will have to adjust to a higher calorie intake and you will gain back your previous weight! If you want to be healthy and lose weight, portion your meals - that includes fruit AND protein!
