What does the government do in order for us to rebel against?
The government is a criminal organization
The government only exists to take more rights away from people
The government is supposed to help us and tell us, they will do everything and anything to make our daily lives better.
They do not agree with what the government is doing.
Do people have the right to overthrow the government?
Can violence against the government be justified course of action when citizens are being treated unfairly?
George Washington once said, "A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might to abuse them which would include their government." This shows that George Washington is proving that is why we have the right to bear arms so carefully preserved in the U.S. constitution.
In our opinion, people do have the right to rebel against the government because the government does not always make the wisest decisions, and many people may agree or disagree with the government. People are immune to their own opinion and can speak their mind if they chose too.
In our opinion, People have the right to rebel against their government when they dislike an action or statement the government has displayed.
For example, during the American Revolution the
Patriots rebelled against the British in July of 1776. The patriots were angry at the British taxes. The British were short with money after the French and Indian War. They proceeded to tax the colonists and English people to regain what they had lost. The colonists believed that it was unfair and that only representatives could tax them.

From April 19, 1775 until July 2, 1776 the war was being fought so the colonists could regain their rights as Englishmen that had been taken away by the British from 1763-1775.
