Transcript of Theme of Beautiful Creatures

Beautiful Creatures Theme The main theme of Beautiful Creatures was
discovering who you are. In the beginning of
the book, Ethan Wade is the jock and one of the most popular guys in the school. When Lena Duchannes comes to town, Ethan realizes that he wants to be different. Suddenly Ethan doesn't care what others think about him. By the end of the book, Lena learns to accept who she really is. With the help of each other and their strong love, Lena and Ethan take the first big step discovering who they really are and who they want to be What Was the Main Theme? I can relate to this theme because
I am at the point in my life where I
am trying to find out who I really
am and who and what I really want to be How Can I Relate To This Theme? How Does This Theme Relate To Society How Does This Theme Spill Over

" It's amazing how you can get so far from where you had planned, and yet it was exactly where you needed to be" - Sarah Dessen No One- Ally and Aj
Corner of the Sky-Pippin
Firework- Katy Perry I found many magazine articles with the
same theme as my book. One of the
articles was from O, The Oprah Magazine
called "Becoming the Person You Were
Meant to Be". Another article I found was
from mentalwellnesstoday.com called
"Teens: Finding Yourself: Struggling to fit in
life in high school". I think this article was easier for me to read because it related a lot to me trying to find out who I am as an individual.
