What is T in the Park?
How you can get there
T in the park is a music festival in Kinross-shire. It has been going on since 1994. The music played is usually rock or indie-rock. The park attracts 85,000 people. and 70,000 people camp. The Scotsman described it as the country's top fest. The festival is known to attract 'Neds'and can be known as premier gathering of neds.
Plan your travel and ensure you have found the best journey to and from the festival.
Make all your travel arrangements in advance and allow extra time.
Please don't travel before 10am on Thursday and Friday to avoid busy commuter times.
If you're travelling from the west of Scotland, please avoid the Clackmannanshire Bridge between 3.30pm and 6pm on Thursday and Friday (to avoid busy commuter times).
Designated toilet stops are available on this route. Please follow signage and always respect local residents.
Please ensure you follow the official signs and not your vehicle Sat Nav directions.
Please only use the designated drop off points.
For entry to the T in the Park Car Park each person in the vehicle is required to show their festival ticket. Please retain it as you need it to enter the event.
Car parking tickets are only available to buy on the day.
