Melting Point: it has the ability to convert from a dry solid to a liquid
Begins to melt at 320 degrees F.
Begins to caramelize at 338 degrees F.
Crystallization: Forms crystals when heated properly

colorless, odorless, crystalline powder with a sweet taste.
SAFETY CONCERNS
Overconsumption of Oreos can lead to obesity!!!

Introduced on March 6, 1912
Produced by Nabisco which is owned by Kraft Foods
Oreos were originally available in Lemon Meringue and Cream.
They have changed every little over the years the stamp on the top of the cookie was changed in 1952 but has stayed the same since then.
