Strategies
Players must practice on their serve. Their angle and force of serve can control the entire rally. They must also learn how to serve under pressure.
Keeping your eye on the ball all the way till it reaches your arms.
Footwork!
The player should always move towards the ball, instead of reaching their arms out.
The server serves the ball across the net.
The setter usually aims for the second hit.
It could also be helpful to get the timing right when the player is blocking the ball.
