Files lawsuit searching defamation damages of $850-million against a various amount of Hollinger directors
Resigns as chairman and chief executive from his former company
On May 20, 2005 Conrad was filmed on security camera with his personal assistant as they took 13 boxes from Hollinger Inc.’s headquarters.

-Black's Imprisonment & Charges-
Hollinger International announces a $200 million lawsuit against him. (Jan.17th,2004)
He sues his former company for $1.1 billion claiming it de-framed him. (Oct.1st,2004)
Former company later increases the lawsuit to $542 million
Subjected for 6 and 1/2 years for a various amount of frauds
Reduced to three months later goes to jail for another 13 months
Released May 4th,2012.

On July 14th, 1978, Black marries Shirley Gail Walters who later changes her name to Joanna in 1990.
At the end of the year 1991, Black separates from his first wife and starts dating Barbara Amiel.
On July 21st,1992, Black marries Babara Amiel in London.
Spends $42,000 to satisfy his wife on her birthday. (using customer's earnings)
