GRS has an established database comprised of professionals to contact for referrals and to directly recruit.
ESTABLISHED NETWORK
NAME GATHER
GRS will continue to add new qualified professionals through systematic name gathering of source companies. GRS will also contact new contacts through referrals.
EMAIL CAMPAIGN
GRS will compose a company confidential email detailing key points of the job to relevant industry professionals
SOCIAL NETWORKING & JOB BOARDS
GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche.
COMPENSATION
PACKAGE
Base Salary/Commission/Total First Year Compensation
$100,000 - $110,000

Incentive (Commission)
10% of Gross Margin

Company Car/Car Allowance
.45 cents/mile = $600/month
TARGET PROFILE
TO ATTRACT
Experience working with Motion Control products including motors, robotics and vfds
A four year Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Robotics degree is strongly preferred unless relevent expereince is present
Experience working as a Sales Engineer or Application Engineer that shows potential to go outside
Someone who can troubleshoot and do some programming - Must be relatively self sufficient

This is a highly autonomous role in which someone will have the ability to run this territory like it is their own business

Initial contact for telephone interview with prospective candidate
Request and Review a Resume
GRS will conduct an in depth interview to fully qualify the candidate for the position
Review and narrow to a short list based on Motivation, Qualifications, Personality, Compensation & Intangibles
GRS will arrange initial interviews with Bryan
GRS will arrange final interviews with Bryan & Neil
CONTINGENT SEARCH
No money up front to begin the search

Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings

30% of that amount
PRIORITY SEARCH
It becomes a top priority for our team

Reduced fee of 27% of first year earnings

Engagement fee of $5,000 for each individual position to begin the search

Commitment allows us to put full resources into the search

$5,000 engagement fee applied toward the 27%
FLAT FEE SEARCH
with a commitment on both searches on a Priority Search

Flat fee of $22,500

Engagement fee of $7,500 for each position to begin the search

$7,500 due upon the start date

$7,500 due 30 days after the start date

Commitment allows us to put full resources into the search
