What is our meaning for others?
What is our extra value towards society?
Start with an understandable WHY and keep believing in it yourself and inspire!

Essential (Teal) Leadership is about Giving the Lead to those people who are more than capable to take it on, i.e.:
We literally give back the lead to our co-workers, based on Trust and Belief in their knowledge, experience and talents and

believing

in essential human values, such as:
Trust and respect,
appreciation and openness,
authenticity, integrity,
emotional intelligence, empathic capacities,
win-win and social mindset,
taking care of and giving service to others,
human bonding, wholeness, self-management and purpose.
This paradigm is the counterweight for the classic Scientific "leadership", which, nowadays, is mostly based on ego, position, title and function, degrees, self interest and pure personal gain.
