Roles & Responsibility
METHODOLOGY OF THE PROJECT
Study and investigate the management of archives and records in appropriate ways.
Research in the functions of the National Archive of Pahang to its community and government purpose.
Identify the methods being use in order to preserve and conserve the archives
Identify the key personnel within this archive that is responsible to perform their roles in managing the archives collections.

SIGNIFICANT OF THE PROJECT
National archive was established as a Public Record Office in year 1957. After six years, in 1963 the name Public Record Office was changed and known as the National Archive of Malaysia. In year 1966, state archive Act No.44 was approved by parliament of Malaysia and in the same years National Archive building in Petaling Jaya was inaugurated. In 1982 National Archive move to a new place in Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur. National Archive of Malaysia is placed under the Ministry of culture, Arts and Heritage in year 2004.

Documents are arranged based on alphabet Z arrangement system.

Conclusion
National Archive of Pahang was one of the information agencies in Malaysia. Their objective is to protect, preserve and conserve all the historical information in any form to make sure the other country cannot take them to their benefits.
