“I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soul”
Do something very active once a day
If you dont know ´why you have resistance to a particular thing, ask your inner child the following:
What do you often resist ?
What are you afraid of ?
Where does your fear come from ?
What can you do to make it less threatening or to be able to meet the risk ? ( it will be great if you can add these questions to the handout so everyone can take the time to reflect and ask themselves these questions )
Experiment with changing your behavior
Allow the playful child to come out in you and play.
