A healthy life!
Phase 1
To live a healthy life you need to have a healthy diet and to have a healthy diet you need to avoid junk food like burgers and pizza.You also need to avoid sweets like doughnuts and chocolate.

Its ok that once every three or two days you have some sweets,but dont eat a lot because you may get a stomach ache or even a tooth ache.

Also try to avoid sodas and drink a lot of milk because it containes calcium wich is good for your bones.And also drink a lot of water or fruit water if you want that bit of taste.You can also try drinking juice.
