from rice flour Da Zha Xie- crabs found in rivers near shanghai
they are tied, placed in bamboo containers steamed and
served Chou dou fu- smelly Tofu, smells awful
but once tasted it usually liked, is also
very cheap on the streets of shanghai dong bao yook-Braised pork with sauce
pork with a laqyer of fat on top over
greens green rice cake-
rice cake with herbal
flavoring
rephreshing and light tiaotou pastry- made with
sticky rice and rolled Zin Tai Luan- sweet sticky
dessert doused in honey
