Hinduism originated in Northern India,near the river Indus.The majority of Hindu's followers are about 14% of the world's population,located in Asia-Pacific.
Where do followers practice Hinduism?
Most Hindus worship (puja) every day at home and have a shrine there. A shrine can be anything from a room, a small altar or simply pictures or statues.The Hindu building for communual worship is called a Mandir (Hindu Temple).
Hindu's only believe in one god,Brahman.Most important Hindu gods (forms of Brahman) are: 1.Brahman- the Creator.
