What is it? What is it known for? What is its history? What culture is associated with it? Feng-Shui: Living In Harmony It is the art and science of helping people find the balance within their lives physically and mentally.
With this new arrangement of the physical things in your life it can allow you to mentally arrange the things in your life that you can not necessarily move physically. Long story short:
originally founded by the Ancient Chinese
One shaman-king who is “recognized as the patron of the divinational arts of China" sage Fu Hsi" who lived in mid 29000 BC
he created one of the first tools used in Feng-Shui called the Lo-shu.
came to the US in 1972 with President Nixon what group is associated with it? Does it qualify as a religion or a philosophy, belief system or other devotion? Feng-Shui What are the practices/traditions of the group associated with it? What impact does it have on the world? The literal translation of feng is “wind” which is known as the heaven energy and shui is “water” which is known as the earth energy
A group of five elements: earth, fire, water, wood, metal which exist in these energies and represents the different types of energy The culture is associated with it is the Eastern part of the world or the Asian culture.

The Taoism religion emphasizes the belief of living in harmony with the heaven and earth energy is also known as “yin and yang.”
yin-yang is the balance and peace of complete opposites. Yin-yang can be known as many different relationships such as light and darkness, male and female, and good and evil. Feng-Shui has many followers and practitioners today from many cultures and religions.
There are people know as Feng-shui masters that are hired to "Feng-Shui a room" by offering their knowledge of the art the Feng-shui master. Their practices include using symbolic Five Element objects to bring in proper energies from the elements of fire, water, wood, earth and metal
Feng-shui users also channel the energies associated with different colors. Each of the five elements has associated colors as follows;
Water: blue and black, Wood: green, Fire: red, Earth: yellow, Metal: white and metallic
can help the Feng-shui practitioner create the specific environment they are seeking; motivation, creativity, peace, relaxation, or hopefulness Feng-Shui is a philosophy or a way of life
The art of balancing the flow of energies in your home and work spaces can be practiced by people throughout the world and of any religion. made an impact not only on the Chinese culture but on Western culture as well
