L'Oreal is an "Inspiraional company, with their high end fashion (styles, cut, colours). In my opinion these manufacturing companies make hair dressing into more than a cut & colour, their offering a piece of art work to the market.

Wella are within the top five market leaders, to keep their pace within the market. The brand is known internationally, trough Trade shows, Fashion Show, Internet, media promotion & a chain of Salons.
Tresemme was designed purely to offer salon quality & affordable hair care products.
Even though this brand offers to a different sector of the market, they still offer the same package as the high- end manufactures i.e products, fashion shows, salon, promoting & educating within the market. Manufactures have an important part to play within the industry. They offer new products, which are promoted through the fashion shows, media, fashion show, tutorials which then creates a need within the market place. The need for new products are then offered to the Salons through the suppliers.
Suppliers need to encourage their business within the media, to keep their profiles active , there are a crowed of ways to promote special offers & new products. Here are a couple of examples of how the suppliers advertise to their trade.

Adel hair & beauty have over 100 suppliers, thus giving them greater buying power due the volumes they are able to purchase. They then can pass this saving onto the (smaller businesses) which helps smaller companies be competitive.
Vidal Moto is "This is Sassoon. This is Hair Design" - There business objective is not to mass produce but to work with the individual clients & design the best solution for the hair & the customer.
Nicky Clark is regarded to be one of the worlds best hair dressers. As well as offering his talents to the fashion world, he has his own brand of products, hair salons & runs education training within his salons. Exposure is the key, Nicky Clark is more than an hair dresser his name has become a brand.
Each of the organization have an important role to play within the hair & beauty sector, there all intertwined in some way or another.

This business is very successful, as they understand were there business falls within the area.

Within the United Kingdom they are able to offer NVQ's.
