Ayah 5 Surat Al Fatiha
Ways to stay on Istiqamah
There are many ways a Muslim can stay on Istiqamah.
Firstly, He/she must follow the Quran and Sunnah.
Secondly, He/she must worship Allah like the Sahabah did.
Thirdly, He/she must work to do good deeds and stay away from bad deeds.

Translation
The greatest of miracles is to remain upon Istiqamah.
The best life is the one filled with continuous obedience to Allah.

Every muslim asks Allah for Istiqamah at least 17 times a day during Salah when they recite Surah al-Fatihah
As-Sirat Al-Mustaqeem

-The book of Allah
-The path of Rasoolallah (s)
-The straight and correct way which has no crookedness in it.
Indeed, those who said, "Our Lord is Allah " and then remained on a right course - the angels will descend upon them, [saying], "Do not fear and do not grieve but receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised. (30) We [angels] were your allies in worldly life and [are so] in the Hereafter. And you will have in it whatever your souls desire, and you will have in it whatever you request [or wish] (31) As accommodation from a [Lord who is] Forgiving and Merciful." (32) And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allah and does righteousness and says, "Indeed, I am of the Muslims." (33)
