have this profession. Interaction with animals.
Helping animals.
Satisfaction knowing I made
a difference. What Inspired Me Work Environment What They Do The specialty area that I would prefer is Companion Animal Veterinarians. I would go into this field because I want to be able to work with animals you find in households such as dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. Vets get bitten, scratched,

Putting a pet down.
Dealing with the pet's owner. Negatives Positives Schedule How To Become One 4 years of college.
4 years of vet school. I feel that it is worth the time and effort. Academic subjects that I would need strength
in are Math Science Personality Compassion Problem Solving Decision Making Pay Lowest 49 thousand nine hundred and
ten. Median 82 thousand forty. Highest 145 thousand two hundred and thirty. Job Outlook The field is growing. It will grow 36% from 2010 to 2020
because more people want pets for
companions and for protection. The pay is not that important to me because
being a pet owner myself, I know that pets are
your family and you would do anything for them. Closing After doing this report I know that
I want to be a vet when I grow up.
