Pho appeared in 1915. It started at Ha Noi City, French and also Chinese
How to growth and make rice ( rice noodles)
Buy

rice seeds
Find a place that have
good soil
Pick a place that have
full sunlight (70° Fahrenheit )
Gather
1 to 2 ounces of rice seeds
to sow
Plant the rice throughout the soil during

fall
or
spring
Observe the water levels of the plant area, keep the
soil wet
Space out the rice seeds
Wait for the rice grains to mature
Cut the stalks and let them dry

How to make rice noodle ( banh pho)
Rice mixed with tapioca starch with an even amount to make it more flexible.
You get a white batter
The paste is heated in a large skillet
The heated mixture hardens and removed
It placed on a rack to get ready for drying
Place it out in the sun for 8 hours
Place it in a cutting machine to create noodles.

Parboil the bones

Boil the bones ( 10m)
Drain, rinse the bones
Refill and boil again
remove the scum
Prepare noodles & meat

Slice the flank
Cut /shred the meat
Boil rice noodle (depend)
Ladling

After boil take water to put in
noodle
Serve immediately
