The four types of healths:
Physical: The part of health that deals with the condition of your body.
Mental: The way you cope with the demands of daily life.
Social: The way you interact with people.
Emotional: The way you express your feelings.

Long term goals: Goals that could take a long time.
Ex: When I graduate from Highschool, I want to go to Harvard for 8 years.
Short term goals: Goals that take a short amount of time.
Ex: I will get a 100% on my Science test this afternoon.
When you make a goal you should make a SMART goal. Follow this definition to make one:
The SMART goal includes all the directions to make a perfect goal.
Ex: For lunch today, I will have 1 cup of tomatoes.

Brush your teeth at least 3 times a day.
Floss your teeth after every meal.
Make sure you go to the dentist on a regular basis.
Shampoo and codition your hair every other day.
Brush your hair after showering.
Don't wear other people's hats because there might be lice.
Cut them and keep them short.
Do not bite or pull at your nails.
Go to the dermatologist on a normal basis.
Wash your skin in the shower (Cetaphil is recommended).
Do not squeeze your pimples.
Go to the eye doctor on a regular basis.
Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun.
Don't look at the sun directly.
Sleep at least 8 hours every day to relieve stress.
Sleep as much as you can.
Those tips should help.
Nutrition You always need to maintain a healthy diet to be healthy. There are 5 types of foods which are shown on the right side. You need to have a balanced diet every day. With that you will be very healthy. You also have to exercise to burn the caloories you obtained that day.
Grains: Always try to eat whole grain grains. They have fiber which is very good for your body.
Vegetables: Try to buy fresh veggies when they are in their season (they are much less expensive).
Protein: It is not wise to rinse or wash meat and poultry.
Fruit: Buy fruit in every way dry, fresh, canned, and frozen (that way you can have fruit anywhere).
Dairy: Try to eat more dairy foods that are healthy and have an increased amount of calcium.
Exercise: Do at least 60 mins. every day.

Puberty happens over a long period of time, it is not immediate. Puberty is caused by your hormones. Though some changes are immediate the process may take about 8-10 years. Girls start before boys in puberty. Changes that happen to girls: Breasts develop, hips widen, menustration begins. Changes that happen to boys: Facial hair grows, voice deepens, shoulders broaden.
