Suffer from ailments if nutrition planning is done incorrectly.
Health Risks
Vegan Diet
Usually higher in dietary fiber, magnesium, folic acid, vitamins C and E, iron, and phytochemicals
Traces back to ancient Indian and Mediterranean societies.
Is the most intimidating diet out of all other diets.
For protein levels, it requires mysterious meat substitutes.
Vegans are often animal rights activists who don’t believe in using animal products for any purpose.

Effects on the brain
Poorly planned vegan diet can have a negative impact on brain health, resulting in mental health problems and even neurological disorders.

They are many different types of vegetarian diets, one of them is Lacto-ovo approach,in which you eat dairy products and eggs, but not meat.
Some vegetarians tend to have lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and lower serum total cholesterol also more alkaline urine.
Their heart rates are high- frequency and their baroreflex sensitivity increases.
Have lack of Vitamin B-12,D,calcium,zinc,selenium, phosphorous,protein,fatty acid,Omega-3,and Iron.
Some research suggests that plant-based diets are low in iodine.
