Risks of the Component
Fast-twitch muscle fibers provide force through a short period of time.
Slow-twitch muscle fibers provide less force and resistance to fatigue.
Why is this a bad thing?
Fast-twitch fibers reduce in number and size.
Slow-twitch fibers become dominant over fast-twitch fibers and become larger.
For a healthy balance, you need both fast and slow-twitch fibers for success
Risks of Muscular Endurance Cont...
It is the ability of an organism to extract muscles for a long period.
Seconds planked scores
Through strengthening slow-twitch fibers, a person decreases their maximal strength
ex: the more muscular endurance a person has, the less reps they can complete with maximal effort.

Even walking will help you stay healthy and condition your leg muscles, to a point. If you are looking to improve the endurance of your upper body, bodyweight exercises such as chin-ups, push-ups, triceps dips, etc., will improve this, and your strength as well.
