Learning is a dynamic process that manifests itself in the continuously changing nature of individuals and organizations exemplified by innovation, collaboration, culture shifts and personal development (Bennet and Bennet, 2008, p.37).
The study aimed to analyze the On the Job Training (OJT) experiences during Summer 2013 of the Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) students’ (Batch 2014) to be utilized as inputs for curriculum-industry review.
Research Instrument
The research instruments the researcher will use to set the experiences as inputs for the curriculum-industry review are the Lewinian Experiential Process and HR-focused SWOT Analysis.
Population of the Study
The BSBA major in HRDM is a new program offered by the Colegio. At present, there were three batches who graduated in the said course. The participants of the research are the fourth batch which is the third year students who underwent their OJT’s.
Research Locale
The participants of the study will be the students of BSBA Major in Human Resource Development Management of Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba who recently finished their On-the-Job Training Practicum last summer 2013.

Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle
There various definitions indicated when we talk about experience and learning and curriculum-industry. As a whole, experience discuss about how a person comprises knowledge or skill to some events gained through their involvement, using their senses. Through this an individual has different interpretation on how they will adapt a certain experience whether for a positive or negative view. In learning it’s about of acquiring something which is new and never been discerned all about. Thus, curriculum-industry is the formulation of what knowledge and learning needed to apply or conduct to the students in order them to learn. There is also a study about linking experience to learning in which it’s called as a process whereby knowledge is created through the transformation of experience. You learn as you do, you know certain things in actual. With this, the study will fall on the experience, learning, and curriculum-industry.

Objectives of the Study
1. Identify the highlights in the OJT experiences of the HRDM students according to HR functions/activities.
2. Deduce (abstract) information from the HR focused experiences of HRDM students as reflected on their OJT accounts according to a) Strengths, b) Weaknesses, c) Opportunities and d) Threats.
3. Recommend related activities/processes to utilize information from the said OJT experiences for curriculum-industry review.
Learning is "detection and correction of error" - Chris Argyris,
"If all I do is hear, I will forget.
If I hear and see, I will remember.
If I hear, see and do, I will understand." - Confucius
1. Verbally, the researchers sought permission to each HRDM student who had their OJT last summer 2013 to access their journals submitted to the Research and Development Department (R & DD).
2. Formally, a request letter was forwarded to the said office to allow the researchers to have a copy of the students' OJT journals. The letter was signed by the researchers and was noted by the research adviser.
3. The researchers waited for the permission of the R & DD office.
4. To prevent the disclosure of names for confidentiality purposes since the journals are considered personal accounts, copies of the said material were numbered and tagged to replace the names of the authors for easy identification.
5. Researchers will conduct the review of journals of the student trainee.
6. Data will be clustered and analyzed accordingly.
7. After analyzing the data, the collated report will be included in the research paper.
