A PPT Marketing short Presentation Viral Marketing So lets start with a definition: Viral marketing, viral advertising, or marketing buzz are buzzwords referring to marketing techniques that use pre-existing social networks and other technologies to produce increases in brand awareness or to achieve other marketing objectives (such as product sales) through self-replicating viral processes, analogous to the spread of viruses or computer viruses (cf. internet memes and memetics).
(Wikipedia) So what Is Viral Marketing? From one person, the idea spreads to 2, and from those 2 it spreads to 2 more each, and from those 2, to 2 more each and so on, just like a virus, getting your product idea to the masses in a short space of time, relying on the powerful media of word of mouth, being both cost effective and and powerful. So How does it work? More and more people start talking about your business/product and so you can generate more and more profit through more and more exposure at minimal cost. So you Get the idea So Lets Paint a Picture So from 1 customer, you get 2 And from 2... Well You get loads more then just those 2 customers
