(FIN) Analyze the current status of Zumba Fitness and search for areas to expand globally but also seek to reintroduce Zumba Fitness to its country of inception. The Analysis found that Zumba Fitness is thriving globally but still has room for expansion into countries that have yet to experience a Zumba Fitness Party. There is also much room for expansion and developement of the Zumba product lines such as DVDs, Zumba Wear, and their video games.
The plan concludes that management should proceed with expansion and perhaps establish new headquarters in key cities like Cali, Colombia. Based on a global review, Zumba Fitness is a young, growing company with widespread global exposure. There are challenges to be faced to better evaluate their Zumba Fitness Party classes and effectiveness of their ZIN members but the challenges can be managed. Like wise they are expanding into many other areas and will face those challenges with a open mind and a positive attitude just like everything else. This conclusion is based on the growing popularity of all facets of Zumba Fitness and also their extremely strong brand recognition worldwide.
