This coffee shop will provide a christian-based, neighborhood focused, friendly place with specialty drinks, great book selection, and music to fit the mood. This coffee shop will be an answer to an increasingly big demand. Our target market is:

This Coffee Shop’s goal is to provide the community with a safe place to learn about God in a judgement free, social, entertaining, non-denominational setting,and pay-what-you-can paying plan.

The Coffee Shop will be a Non For Profit business. After the business gets on its feet the profits, after paying employees, will go back into the community in different ways, changing every month or quarter.

Positive expectations for continued growth in coffee sales, despite its “mature” product position in the market, are due to the innovations in premium coffee products (pods, single-serving instants, etc.)2
Despite the economic woes, 37% of total coffee consumed was classified as “Gourmet.” National Coffee Drinking Study This suggests consumers were set on drinking good coffee and visiting their local coffee shop even in the face of an uncertain economy.
Coffee Shop owners are also having some success selling the instant serving pack, and there seems to be considerable upside potential: only 2% surveyed reporting using the packs regularly, while 10% said they buy it infrequently (Reuters).

The central location will provide an easily accessed area in Hennessey, as well as providing the community with a convenient access to great beverages.

The Straight Shot- The foundation of the every espresso beverage; served in a small cup when consumed alone.
Espresso-Espresso is coffee brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans.
Latte- a coffee drink made with espresso and steamed milk. The term as used in English is a shortened form of the Italian caffè latte or caffellatte, which means "milk coffee"
Cappuccino- Espresso mixed with foamed milk upon the pour, can be garnished with shaved chocolate.
Frappe- Iced coffee covered in foam milk. ‘
Hot Chocolate and Steamers- These drinks are made like lattes without the addition of coffee. Flavored syrups are added to steamed milk and may be topped with whipped cream at the customer’s request.
Italian Sodas- An Italian soda is a combination of flavored syrup and high quality carbonated mineral or soda water, served over ice.
Lemonade- Lemonade is a lemon-flavored drink sweetened with sugar among other sweeteners. In different parts of the world, there are variations on the drink and its name. Pink lemonade and frozen lemonade are also prepared.
Infused Water- Water with fruits in it and set over night.
Iced tea- Iced tea is a form of cold tea, usually served in a glass with ice. It may or may not be sweetened.
Hot tea- an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over cured leaves.
