Who were Afrikaners?
The Afrikaners are an ethnic group from Africa that descended from the Dutch that had settled in the 17th and 18th centuries. The Afrikaners have since then dominated politics and agriculture in South Africa.
What is apartheid?
When did it end?
Apartheid was a racial segregation in South Africa with white dominating supremacy over the area. It was debated over in the 1970's but did not officially end until 1994.
