-people can get these constantly or only rarely
-some people get odd symptoms like a lump in your throat, headache, pain, constant sighing, nausea
-hand become clammy
-hearts beat faster and get dizzy

-Stress from a serious medical illness

everyone get anxiety sometime in there life
if mainly happens when when your are nervous about something
makes it hard for you and others around you to enjoy life
if not taken care of it could lead to failure with certain tasks

A nervous disorder characterized by a state of excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behavior or panic attacks.
-Relieve tension with exercise or massage.

-Practice healthy thinking
-stop negative thoughts.
-Avoid alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, and nicotine.
