What are Weak Political Institutions?
Institutional Weakness in Argentina
Throughout Argentina’s democratic history, it has struggled with political scandal and various instances of corruption. In this paper I will assert that this constant pattern of political corruption is tied directly to Argentina’s weak institutions with a concentration of influence and control in one institutions which actively weakens other institutions and thus scandals emerge due to a lack of accountability and transparency.
